Welcome
First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your interest in West Creek Kennels. We continue to thrive through your support.
WCK is located in the Heart of Missouri. Our kennel is in Clark Mo., which is just north of the University of Missouri. Go Tigers!
West Creek was established in 1998, when we were lucky enough to purchase our first GSP. This purchase was all it took to make us fall in love with the breed. Our one GSP has now grown into a small family kennel. Our litter numbers are limited as we prefer to keep our kennel small and provide quality care to each dog. WCK is very selective with our breeding program. We make sure that we are breeding to produce the best GSP for hunting and family alike. This is what the foundation of WCK is built on.
WCK was started by my wife and I but since then our three kids have joined in to help out with the kennel duties all while loving the breed like we do. We have blessed with a grandson, who is full of affection that he shows to each and every puppy. When you purchase a WCK GSP, you are guaranteed your pup will be well socialized.
All our dogs are hunted on wild birds from Missouri, North & South Dakotas, Iowa, Kansas and Oklahoma. They get tons of wild bird exposure as well as during the off season with local hunt club. Our training program occurs year-round, which means early cool summer mornings into the cold short winter days.
Our GSP bloodlines started out Westwinds, Hillhavens and Moesgards then we have been fortunate enough to add in some great bloodlines like Top Gun, Sharp Shooter's, Rawhide Clown, Udoibar's, Tonellis, Weidlend's and Riden High Rudy. We are excited to see what the future holds for WCK with all of these top bloodlines in our program.
WCK produces GSP's with tons of drive, natural ability and a top-notch classy style. Our dogs demonstrate all these features when out in the bird fields and a loyal loving companion at home. We want you to be proud of your hunting partner and WCK will give you that pride when you watch your GSP pointing the birds. You will have more birds in your hunting vest with a WCK GSP by your side.
Please contact West Creek Kennels if you are looking for a GSP that can do it all- bird hunting, hunt tests, field trials and being your LOYAL COMPANION.
I just want to say again THANK YOU for looking into WCK and everything we have to offer.
